Introducing Stage18

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Stage18, the innovative growth acceleration platform designed for mid-market companies.

Stage18 delivers high-impact solutions to mid-market private equity investors and mid-sized companies that need help growing. Our platform combines four key elements specific to mid-sized businesses: 1) extensive experience in driving growth, 2) employing and instituting durable best practices, 3) prioritizing execution and getting stuff done, and 4) delivering exceptional value.

Why the name “Stage18”?  We’ll explain below.

Stage18 is a comprehensive consulting platform combining top-notch operating executives, proven playbooks, and an unmatched focus on execution and results rather than just strategy. This unique approach sets us apart.  We’ve assembled a team  composed of senior executives who meet our stringent criteria for real world operating experience, execution, and fit — and have particular expertise in helping middle-market companies grow.

Stage18’s three founders – Bruce Haymes, Michael Himmelfarb and Eric Weinberg – have devoted years to working across numerous mid-market PE-backed firms, focusing on achieving growth objectives across all commercial aspects of the business. Our shared passion in launching Stage18 is to drive results for the companies we support, helping them maximize their profits and accelerate growth or transformation (or both). We believe that smaller PE firms and mid-sized companies deserve access to the same benefits and bench strength that larger organizations enjoy.

We have crafted over a dozen tested and proven growth modules, each aimed at increasing top-line growth from X to Y. These modules come with their own playbooks and KPIs, and our team of seasoned, proven operators is ready to identify the opportunity, implement solutions, execute, and deliver results.

So, what exactly is Stage18? In the Tour De France, Stage 18 is the toughest part of the race. After enduring 17 grueling stages, cyclists face a daunting mountain stretch before reaching the final victory stages to the finish line in Paris. Any cyclist will tell you that winning the Tour is a group accomplishment: the winner usually boasts the strongest team that did the hard work to get them over the mountains and up on the victory platform.

We are excited about the opportunities ahead and eagerly anticipate discussing this further with you. If you believe that your fund or company could benefit from Stage18, don’t hesitate to reach out to one of us at info@stage18.co.  To learn more, visit our website at www.stage18.co.
